| Revolver / RCF | Repayment restores capacity within the commitment while the facility remains available. |
| Term Loan / Other Facility | Cumulative usage consumes the commitment; repaying principal does not reopen capacity. |
Configure the facility
Add a facility and enter its name, type, commitment and funding priority. Details contains Available from, Facility maturity, Committed or Unavailable status and a facility comment. An absent availability start leaves the start unrestricted; an absent maturity does not create a scheduled end. Where both dates exist, maturity must follow the start. Commitment belongs to the whole facility, not separately to each loan underneath it.
Configure loans inside it
A loan has an opening allocation, annual cash rate, annual amortization amount, optional loan maturity, comment and dated draw/repayment movements. Multiple loans can have different rates and maturities under one shared facility commitment. The compact facility row edits opening and rate directly when only one loan exists; with several loans, use loan details. New borrowing is a dated movement, not an increase in opening allocation.
Undrawn does not always mean drawable
Undrawn face amount is commitment less current drawn balance, floored at zero. Drawable availability also checks status and dates. For a revolver, principal repayment restores that room. A term or other facility instead tracks all prior use, so repayment does not restore the original commitment. Automatic draws also need a loan whose maturity permits the borrowing. Select the facility in Inspector to see Commitment, Undrawn and Available to draw together.
Compare two facilities
Assume a commitment of 100 and an initial draw of 100, followed by repayment of 40. Both facilities show drawn debt of 60 and undrawn face amount of 40. An available revolver can draw the 40 again. A fully used term facility has no reusable availability. This difference matters for Available Liquidity and for 13W funding, which carries prior term usage into the planning window.
Limits and managed replacement loans
The validated configuration supports up to 40 facilities, 150 loans in total and 1,000 movements per loan. Priorities are integers from 1 to 999; cash rates range from 0 to 100% annually. Amounts must be finite and nonnegative. Replacement facilities or loans generated by Refinancing cases are displayed here with a source link; edit their terms in the originating case rather than building a duplicate loan.
