Undo a financial change
Use Undo and Redo for supported financial editing operations. A validated Reverse Apply is one grouped operation; its preceding Solve and Preview are not permanent edits. Ownership closing application has its own review boundary and changes the supported ownership state. Understand which action was committed before undoing it.
Not every UI action is financial history
Display changes, inspection choices and stochastic configuration changes do not all behave like financial edits in Undo. A stale analysis must be recalculated, not repaired by assuming Undo restored its old samples. AI review also distinguishes accepting an already applied change from undoing its direct inputs; see AI review before using that workflow.
Documents the current implemented behavior. Numerical examples are synthetic, not market assumptions.
Comment on the actual source
Use the available Comment or Edit comment action on a line or supported operator field to explain the assumption, its source or a pending question. Model line notes allow up to 4,000 characters. Comments are scoped to the supported item; they are not a universal threaded discussion system or an attachment repository. When a value is derived, explain the owning source rather than suggesting the total is independently editable.
