Publish a financial model

Follow Content, Details and Review & Publish to share a selected, immutable operator snapshot after an explicit privacy review.

Before opening Publish

Choose the intended local model and review its calculations. Resolve pending AI edits before publication. Open Publish from model management. The flow freezes a copy when opened; later local edits do not change that preview. Close and reopen Publish if the frozen copy is no longer the intended version. No account is required.

1. Content: operators, scenarios and dependencies

Choose the active operators and scenarios to publish. Base remains included. Required source operators are shown explicitly; include the required sources before proceeding. For example, DCF needs the operating Model, and a Model using Listed Shares & Capital Returns needs that schedule too. Dependencies across selected scenarios must be complete. Shared Cap Table/ESOP records and 13W plan inputs do not become scenario-specific merely by selecting more scenarios.

Include embedded comments and notes is OFF by default. This excludes optional embedded notes, not every sensitive field: names, numbers, sources and durable applied transaction records still need review. A missing dependency or invalid model blocks preparation rather than creating an incomplete financial snapshot.

2. Details: public text and ticker

Title and description are required. Choose English or German for the publication. Ticker is optional; it is normalized for the existing Library search and remains publisher-supplied metadata. It is not a verified security identifier or a live price link. Investment/modeling thesis, key assumptions and notes are optional public text. Publication ticker and the listed schedule's issuer ticker are separate fields: keep them consistent deliberately.

3. Review & Publish: inspect the frozen snapshot

Check operator scope, scenarios, dates, units, key outputs and all included text. Expand Advanced · Inspect snapshot to review financial tables, native inputs and the exact payload. No model bytes leave the browser during selection, text entry or preview; the model upload occurs only after the final confirmed Publish action. Loading the site itself still involves ordinary web requests.

All three acknowledgements start unchecked: the snapshot will be public, listed, inspectable, Forkable and potentially indexed; you have permission to publish and allow Forks and have removed sensitive information; you reviewed the exact preview and cannot edit, delete or unpublish it yourself. Only after all three are checked can Publish publicly submit the snapshot.

Review every included field

Remove confidential forecasts and results, deal/financing terms, customer or client names, employee data, contact details, proprietary assumptions and internal notes. Check labels and applied records as well as visible comments. Structured sources are public when included with the listed operator, even with embedded comments off. Server moderation uses local rules, not external AI, and cannot reliably identify confidential information. It is not a substitute for your review.

Published, REVIEW, blocked or failed

Clean valid content may publish immediately and receive its public URL. Ambiguous content can enter REVIEW: it is not public yet, review can take time and no notification is promised. Included source URLs require human review. Blocked content does not become public. A technical or validation failure leaves your local models unchanged; read the displayed error and correct its cause before retrying.

A successful publication is immutable. Share its URL through the public sharing workflow. To publish changed assumptions, prepare a new snapshot; the existing URL does not update. This is not a user edit/delete or private-sharing service.
