Scope and rights
These terms govern use of the public Model Library and publication. Publishing Guidelines form part of these rules. Ordinary models require no account or verified identity. Publish only material you may lawfully share. You retain your rights and authorize the hosting, public display, moderation and local Fork of the selected content. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, confidential or malicious material.
Conditional outputs and user content
Software performs calculations under assumptions; it does not assess your personal circumstances or suitability. User content is independent and unverified. It may be subject to financial-market rules regardless of labels or disclaimers. The platform does not endorse it. No result, availability, objective scenario probability or legal exemption is promised.
Publication restrictions and review
Publication may be refused or held by existing automated rules. No universal manual pre-approval is required. A qualifying investment-recommendation report hides author text while retaining the financial model. Exact-version approval prevents automatic repeat restrictions; new evidence and legal duties remain reviewable. Protected administrators may restore text, keep it hidden, reopen a decision or separately restrict/remove a whole model. See the Guidelines for the reporting, decision and reconsideration process. Moderator approval is not verification or endorsement.
Mandatory rights
Independently check material inputs, results and original sources. Investments can result in total loss. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, override mandatory consumer/data-protection law or restrict available statutory remedies. See Privacy, Disclaimer and provider information. A new material policy version requires renewed acknowledgement for later publications.
