Service and scope

BalanceCheat provides financial modeling, educational and research tools and hosts user-submitted models. The provider is identified in the Imprint. No account is needed for ordinary publishing or local visitor calculations. The platform does not assess whether an investment is suitable for a particular person, execute trades, hold client money or promise investment outcomes.

Your content and permission

You retain your rights in submitted content. By publishing, you authorize BalanceCheat to store and display the chosen public content, process it for moderation and make the selected model available for visitors to copy into a local workspace using Fork. Other statutory rights and third-party restrictions remain applicable. This permission is limited to providing these functions; it is not a transfer of ownership or a representation that the content is accurate.

Immutable snapshots and visitor calculations

A publication is a frozen snapshot. Local edits and visitor calculator choices do not update it. Visitor valuation results remain in the open page's memory and are not submitted or automatically shared. The model and any copied inputs can nevertheless be used to recalculate valuations. Keep private or restricted material out of a publication. Withdrawal stops the hosted publication but does not remove copies already obtained by others.

Acceptable use and moderation

The Publishing Guidelines form part of the publication rules. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or confidential content, malicious code, credentials, unsolicited promotions or material designed to evade safeguards. Proportionate submission limits and moderation may restrict content or publication access. A model may be held for review, hidden or removed following checks, a substantiated notice, a rights request or a legal obligation. Limitations and mandatory rights

Models may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular use. Independently check material calculations and original sources. No uninterrupted availability, particular investment result or regulatory exemption is promised. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not override mandatory consumer or data-protection rules. They do not make an author’s potentially regulated publication unregulated.

See the Privacy Policy for processing of publication, reporting and security data. Material changes to publication rules require a renewed acknowledgement for subsequent submissions.

Published models are independently created by users. Scenarios and forecasts are hypothetical and depend on assumptions; actual outcomes may differ substantially. BalanceCheat does not verify or endorse the accuracy or reasonableness of user models and does not provide personalized investment advice. These tools support modeling, education, research and discussion. Do not base investment decisions solely on a published model. Investing can result in a total loss. Authors must comply with applicable laws, including relevant investment-recommendation and conflict-of-interest disclosures. Labels and disclaimers do not create a regulatory exemption.
