Anonymous financial modeling
BalanceCheat hosts financial models and hypothetical scenarios for modeling and discussion. Ordinary publication remains anonymous and account-free. Real companies, historical financials, forecasts and financial formulas are permitted. BalanceCheat does not provide personalized investment advice, endorse user assumptions or issue its own investment recommendations.
Required author confirmation
Before publishing, confirm that all publicly accessible author text contains no Buy/Sell/Hold recommendations, unconditional share-price targets, promises of investment returns or claims that hypothetical results reliably predict market outcomes. This includes the title, description, Modeling Rationale, notes, comments, scenario descriptions, adjustment rationales, labels and text available through Fork. Do not disguise recommendations as model labels. Applicable legal duties remain yours; this policy and its terminology do not create a securities-law exemption.
Text moderation without deleting the model
The first valid report under “Investment recommendation / price target / return promise” immediately hides author text pending review. Financial statements, numerical assumptions, scenario data and the independent calculator remain available. Public cards, metadata, inputs and Fork use neutral replacement text and identifiers. Original snapshot bytes remain private for review. Previously obtained copies cannot be recalled.
A protected administrator may approve the exact reviewed text version and restore it. Later same-category reports are recorded and reviewed but do not automatically hide that version again. Approval is neither financial verification nor endorsement. Changed text or a new snapshot version does not inherit approval. New evidence, other alleged violations, administrative reopening and competent-authority requirements remain actionable; administrators can reopen and hide text or separately restrict the whole model. No publication has permanent immunity.
Reports, legal notices and decisions
Use Report Model to identify the statement and explain your concern. Informal reports do not require contact details. The form offers a formal notice with your name, email, a substantiated explanation and a good-faith accuracy declaration. It identifies the publication automatically. Do not include unnecessary third-party personal data. For notices covered by a statutory exception to notifier identification, inaccessible forms or additional evidence, email moritz@profitmacher.com with the exact URL, explanation and applicable declaration; explain any identification exception.
The form immediately acknowledges receipt and provides a private receipt token. Keep it to retrieve the recorded decision using Report Model → Check an earlier report decision. Contact information is not public. An administrator records the reasons, relevant facts, grounds, scope and use of automation and communicates formal decisions to the supplied email. Delivery problems require operator follow-up; a mail-server acceptance is not proof of delivery. Reply or email with the receipt/reference and further evidence to request reconsideration. Statutory judicial, regulatory and other applicable remedies remain available; the contact route does not replace them.
Reports are subject to request validation, same-origin security, a local anti-automation challenge, duplicate controls and bounded rate limits. If a limit prevents an urgent legal notice, use email. Abuse may result in proportionate source restrictions. Reports under unrelated categories do not automatically trigger this text-only restriction.
Snapshots and withdrawal
The original publication is immutable. Publication grants the limited permission to host, moderate and provide copies of the selected content; rights are not transferred. The public presentation and Fork may be restricted by moderation. Save your private management key to withdraw a new publication without an account. Do not share that key publicly. Contact the operator for lost keys or statutory requests. Withdrawal does not erase copies others already obtained.
Visitor calculations
Automatic public valuation and investment-return outputs are suppressed. Visitors independently choose all valuation assumptions; inputs start empty. Calculations are hypothetical, remain in the visitor’s page memory and do not change or republish the original. A scenario weight is the visitor’s choice, not an objectively established probability. Price CAGR excludes distributions and is not cash-flow IRR. The underlying financial inputs and local Fork can still be used to derive valuations.
