Publishing Guidelines

Updated: 19 October 2026

Publish a transparent model

Publish only data and text you are permitted to share. Remove personal data, confidential information, credentials and third-party material you cannot lawfully republish. Explain the financial period, scenario assumptions, source dates, share-count convention and material limitations. Separate reported facts from assumptions and opinions.

Financial content and author responsibility

The public viewer does not automatically present completed share valuations or investment-return outputs. Visitors choose their own calculator parameters. The full operator inputs and the original verified model remain available through an explicit Fork. This architecture does not prevent a model, its assumptions, its title or its investment thesis from constituting an investment recommendation under applicable law.

Do not publish Buy/Sell/Hold calls, price targets, misleading promises or recommendations disguised as neutral modeling. Potential recommendation content is referred for human review. If your publication falls within investment-recommendation rules, you remain responsible for the applicable identity, objective-presentation, methodology, date and conflict-of-interest disclosures, including relevant holdings or remuneration. Account-free publication does not waive these duties. Do not use anonymity to avoid a required identification. A moderator's approval is not a legal determination or endorsement.

Scenario and valuation discipline

Use actual supported periods. Do not describe conditional price CAGR as guaranteed return or cash-flow IRR. Explain dilution, debt and valuation adjustments and avoid double-counting. Do not place completed valuation claims into free-text fields to bypass the public presentation policy. No rankings by upside or investment attractiveness are provided.

Review, removal and contact

Rule-based checks may allow, reject or hold a submission for human review; they do not establish accuracy or legal compliance. Spam, unlawful content, private data and attempts to evade controls may be rejected, hidden or removed. Reports are reviewed by the operator and do not automatically remove a model. Use Report Model for concerns, identify the exact statement and explain the issue. For a formal legal notice, include the publication URL, a substantiated explanation, your name and email where legally required, and a good-faith statement of accuracy. Send it to moritz@profitmacher.com if the form is insufficient. The same contact accepts questions about moderation and requests for reconsideration.

Save the private management key issued for a new publication. It permits permanent withdrawal, without registration. Removal cannot recall copies already forked or downloaded. If you lose a key, contact the operator; identity or rights may need to be established before action. Never post the key publicly.

Published models are independently created by users. Scenarios and forecasts are hypothetical and depend on assumptions; actual outcomes may differ substantially. BalanceCheat does not verify or endorse the accuracy or reasonableness of user models and does not provide personalized investment advice. These tools support modeling, education, research and discussion. Do not base investment decisions solely on a published model. Investing can result in a total loss. Authors must comply with applicable laws, including relevant investment-recommendation and conflict-of-interest disclosures. Labels and disclaimers do not create a regulatory exemption.
